I was born Bartender
Nowadays there are so many ways to define
a person that works in a bar or café, the barista very often is specializzed in coffee, the barman usually works for hotels or high class bars, the bartender is associated to night clubs and high volume bars...
But what if a person loves all of those situations?
Well.. Here I am, a Bartender, with the original litteral meaning: the man that takes care of the bar and guests.

From Bar to Kitchen
Growing up as a bartender i stepped in very classy bars where also certain cocktail or ingredients needed some cooking process, in that exact moment I've discovered my other passion, food and cooking.
Studing and practicing kitchen tecniques
I've grown a lot in both fields, pushing me to start this food and beverage experience
to spread the love that there is behind any ingredient or finished product.
